You might have noticed the new Bookie Forum (http://bushwhacked.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=51), the new Store (http://bushwhacked.net/forum/ushop.php), and the new points thingy (call 'em Bressler Bucks) under your name. They are all related.
The Bookie came first, but it just didn't seem right all by itself. There had to be a way to make more BBucks besides just betting (I noticed RicardoHead was already broke), and something dumb to spend them on, besides just betting. Enter the Store and the point system behind it.
Points are made by posting or starting good threads (or winning bets, of course). Most new threads and replies make points (this can vary by forum, e.g. TimeWasting is weighted quite low). The number of people that view one of your threads makes points for you. User referrals make a LOT of points. Good/bad reputation makes/takes points as well.
Points can be spent on the bookie, or in THE STORE (see link in navbar): changing your custom titles, <b>changing someone else's custom title (hehe)</b>, changing how your name appears, <b>trying to steal someone else's money</b>, and other stuff. More to be added later. You can also donate points to others (if you're a dumbass).
Maybe you're thinking, "Why would I waste the points? I can change my custom title anytime." Not anymore. :nono:
So beg, borrow, steal, or earn, if you ever plan on making bets or changing that title.... or.... when I get enough BBucks, I may just change it for ya. :alien:
Costs and whatnot may be adjusted as time goes on. Everyone started out at 0, so it's a level playing field.
