Greetings:
I'm a Boston-area writer and historian, preparing a story about the fall of Saigon, and Operation Frequent Wind, in April, 1975.
I'm trying to contact MIDWAY sailors who were in the air wing, and so worked the flight deck during Frequent Wind - as well as Operation Eagle Pull, several days before (the evacuation of U.S. personnel from Cambodia).
I'm specifcally interested in talking with men who helped push the South Vietnamese armed forces UH-1 helicopters over the side, to keep the flight deck clear for the ongoing evac ops.
