Since the Jazz title hopes went down the toilet, Malone should just hang em up and retire while he's on top.

Normally, that refers to winning a title (i.e Elway) but the Jurassic Jazz now have a snowballs chance.

That's unlikely which means next year I'll enjoy seeing 37-year old Stockton/Hornacek and 36 uear old Malone get ripped apart by the young guns in the West...

Everybody likes ripping on the Jazz and Malone/Stockton/Hornacek.

They have been great and they are done. i concur with Jackel.

I saw Malone on Fox and he was whinning how one reporter has ballooned the story that he plays dirty throwing elbows. he does play tough, and I respect that, because I play rough myself.

MVP -- I still say that is pathetic!

I can personally account for Yo-Hahn's excellent play on the basketball court.

But, just to clarify?

Does "playing tough" include kicking someone in the nads if they piss you off on the court?

Because I think Malone could easily add that to his arsenal of flying elbows and forearms...

It's just so embarassing for the NBA. The Jazz continue to get all the calls, even after their season has ended. Weak. No other way to put it.

Was NBC involved in this decision? I guess Duncan will have to outdo Malone even more next season (if he even comes back).

Personally, I hope all of the Geritol Gents come back next year because I want Malone to be shown just how much their team has fallen. He can whine and get all the calls he wants, but even that wasn't enough this year. No amount of elbows and groin kicks will be enough to win it for them anymore. They had their chance, now it's over baby!

Malone is a dirty player and a whiner. Worth no respect from any true fan. He joins a host of other people who will never have a title due to MJ. He's tired, washed up, and annoying. Hang 'em up karl.
