(3) Jazz vs (6) Kings
Keys to Series:
Kings: Williams must create shots for his team mates first then look to hit his pull up jumpers. Webber must dominate the boards and neutralize Malone. Vlade must average 20 pts and 10 reb. Maxwell, Pollard, Barry must outplay Jazz bench. Kings defense must improve.
Utah: Avoid a letdown in game one. Stockton and Malone are a given. If Ostertag doesn't show up the series could get interesting.
Bottom Line: Forget about the regular season. If the game comes down to the last two minutes do you really think a rookie point guard and a team thrown together in the last year is going to outplay and out-think two Hall of Famers on a playoff seasoned team? The Jazz are too tough mentally. Utah specializes in winning close games. Game three will be the only game decided in the last two minutes. The Kings are just happy to be in the playoffs. The Jazz are on a mission. Jazz 3-0.
