OK......So there was some discussion but that was last month. With May bearing down on us, what's going on?

Is it a trip to the Himalayas? Are we off in search of the legendary Tutsi Fly? Or is it a fun-filled weekend backpacking through the scenic hills of Kosovo?

Inquiring minds and bodies want to know.

(By the way, has anyone heard from Jim?)

Somewhere far, far away.

And while you guys are gone, the Buffster will have full control over Bressler.org. The Jackal better watch his back!

has anyone heard from Jim? is he still alive? (said jokingly with a twinge of seriousness)

Hey folks,

Sorry I've been out of the loop for a while. Yes, I'm still alive, though I have to check my pulse often. My BIG EXAM was April 8, so I've been studying alot. And I still have about a month more to go.

As always, I look forward to the Annual Dudefest. I'm free after May 21st, so I have Memorial Day open. I'm flexible about where to go, but my preference is to go camping and day-hiking.

Talk to you soon.

Yo! FOBs! It appears that I will be the only one left on the Right Coast after May. So I imagine that once again, I have to sacrifice my wallet to travel......

......so, when and where are we going? Mexico?

After losing a little privacy by registering (I won't get spam, right?) I'm ready to contribute. I suggest we go to Hawaii or perhaps Japan....just for Tony. Hehehe. Just kidding. All I know is I want to go, and if it's at all possible with my current $$$, I'll go. (I just bought a townhome down here in South Orange Count, which is turning out to be quite the financial drain.)

RickMode,

I agree with your privacy concerns. Please note that on this forum you are not required to register at all. It just enables some of the extra features.

See the notes on top of the page, dark blue background, each time you reply or post a new topic.

Regardless, thank you for the tremendous sacrifice you've made. Now let me get back to preparing the next "spam".

Can I go. You guys wouldn't make me jump in the pool fully clothed to be included in your group would you.

I am a dude. I should be a part of Dudefest '99.

That's all I have to say about that.

Digby, who in their proper mind would make you jump into the pool fully clothed?

Favetti:

1992 Ontario Red Lion, Bressler & Baer made me jump in the pool in order to get a blue badge for their party.

I distinctly remember that you were in charge of security.

I was no fool though, I knew that within those walls lay a well-guarded plethora of alcohol and liberal Cal-Poly girls.

Actually, that was the Ventura convention (91?). Most of us had already graduated and we just sat on the balcony, drank, played cards and tried to drench anybody who walked under the balcony.

We had blue & red membership cards. You had to have one to get into the evening parties. I think the red cards were for the "Board of Directors" who could come in and party whenever they wanted. You wanted a promotion to a Red Card and said you would do anything for it.

That was an incredible weekend and, yes, Tony & Jeff were the muscle. No card, no entry & we were the only party to stay open all night, both nights.

We hosted the Ontario Convention in 1992. I don't recall having any fun whatsoever at that one.

Do you notice how there is always 50% truth in everything I say. I love it. Story of my life.

So do I qualify for a red badge for Dudefest '99?
