Actually that should be, "Who is anti-Jackal?".
Sentence usage examples:
DO SAY: "Dude, that guy was really anti-Jackal. What's his problem."
DO NOT SAY: "Hey look, there goes the Anti-Jackal in his new Chevy Impala! He's so cooool."
