Tomorrow's night game between the Lakers and the Jazz is going to be great for two reasons...
1. The Jazz win....This means the Lakers homecourt which is already on life support will take a huge dive...Also, the finger pointing becomes a lot more serious because the Lakers have been trying to build their team up to beat the Jazz....
2. The Jazz lose...The Lakers become over confident and the talk begins again of winning the whole thing this year and as the over confidence builds the Lakers set themselves up to get smacked by teams that they feel they can beat just by showing up and the ride starts all over again....

Looking forward to an entertaing evening and I look for the Jazz to win by 8...Come on the Lakers wasted all of their shots tonight

A buit myopic but nice debut McKay88. Have you met the Chise yet? What's with those two lose-lose senarios?

The Lakers are able to get up for the big games, it's the teams that are mediocre that they come out flat against (another sign of their lack of maturity.)

I think 8 points is way too much but it all depends on which Laker team shows up.

I sure hope you show up again after the Jazz get wacked tonight.

I think McKay is right on the money.

If the Lakers win, it will be the same old roller coaster. Fans will again spout the "team to beat" mantra, at least until the next game. That's when the perpetual underachievers, The Lakers, will again rest on their laurels and be pretty much irrelevant for the next 4 to 5 games.

Of course, the Jazz haven't deserved the Triple Crown for consistency either, but at least they have a little passion for the game.
