I joined here so you can abuse me all you like in your own setting, rather than have you try to heckle my forum members. They don't deserve that kind of treatment, but then again they can handle themselves.

For the record, I initially offered credit to some guy who emailed me. That was before, however, the attack launched in my forums. I think I'll have to give it some thought as to if I credit this forum for the images, the person who sent them to me, or just remove them.

I really think there is some talent in here. I have looked at some of the "other" images in the best friends or whatever you call it set. If I would have been taking images for my own use there are far better ones here than what I got. The beer bong one actually got a verbal chuckle out of me - and if you are as hardened as I am to satire you know that is saying something. The one with Saddam pushing Bush on the tricycle is outrageous. To the people who made those, great job. Your sense of humor is valuable.

I want you all to know that again initially - before I became aware of the "attack" on my forums, I had offered some prizes for the contests here. I was hit with the response "I don't do advertising" Now let me be perfectly clear - I was not asking for advertising. I was offering prizes from my store as a way of saying "hey, shit happens - let me make it up to you" I won't post my store here because that might be misconstrued as advertising - and that is NOT the point. If you missed the point just ask - I'll be happy to explain.

Now let me put a little spin on things, just for a second. The images I set to music were sent to me through the proper channels for submissions. I have this set up to keep my butt out of legal battles. The images were sent in a PPS file - and it probably took me longer to get them out of that file and clean up all the distortion than it did for those who made them. It took even longer to find some music I felt was fitting to the set. So while you take images from the public domain and transform them and that makes them yours, I took images from the public domain and transformed them as well - and that got me an childish attack on my forums. If you guys are really doing this images for the love of it - then seeing them posted to site with the traffic base such as Foggys could, if looked at in a different light, make you feel proud, couldn't it?

What I will be more than happy to do is the offer those who MADE the images that are on my site a payment for the use of the images. No cash, it's not about that. But I will be more than happy to reward their work (and subsequent success) with a gift certificate to my store. I sell over 580 different fun products - I am sure there is something that you will like.

So those who are responsible for the images, please email me, and we'll work something out. You never know, we could build a beneficial relationship. I do have the means to contact over 1500 humor-website owners who are always in need of content.

You know what? If I had stolen their images to make my little page, I would have chosen the beer bong one first. Whiel they are crappy hack jobs, some are funny - much funnier than the set I have on my site. In fact, some of the ones I have on my site aren't even in this collection, leading me to think there are other people hacking up photos of saddam too. Imagine that.

Gentlemen, unless that is giving you to much credit. Why don't you take your trashmouth crap back to where you came from. If you've got a beef with Foggy do your trash on PM. We don't appreciate that kind of language in the forum. That I could see Foggy laid no claim to having produced those pics. I have received almost everyone of them through E-mail from various sources. So, unless you intend to track down each and every source to lay your raft of $hit on them for not giving credit, shut up, your ignorance is showing. thewalrus

As far as I'm concerned this was over last night, when I posted it was over.

I contacted Froggys, they got hold of me fairy promptly and politely. Case closed.

I haven't looked at their forum, so I don't know what's gone on since then, but if your breaking the rules of their forum on our behalf, don't.
