By the way, in VB you can limit the number of smilies that can be used in a single post. You just need an admin who knows what the heck he/she is doing. No offense intended, but you could use someone who knows how to use that application, at least to upgrade it.
The 'pleasant' conversations are everywhere but Fight Club. We don't allow personal attacks on Forum members anywhere else on the board. I think that's why most of your jm folks left. They wanted to drag their JM fights all over this board and it just didn't fly.

I don't think Charlie Brown runs the JM board (I don't think anyone really does), but I would agree with her that, if people keep coming back, then it must be good enough.
There's a lot of people who might have very good reasons not to like this board. Sometimes I'd agree with them (especially when Stibroker has no place else to post), but, people keep coming back and that's what matters most.
They have a couple of real good posters at JM (wish they were here), but they quickly get drown out by the flamers and padders (like Sti).
However...
I would say, that if not for Stibroker and his using Bressler.org resources to drag people over there (to my continueing chagrin), JM would have went belly up soon after some of those folks visited here.

You are right JB, I do not run the JM site, I am just one of the moderators there. I have been there since pretty much the start, and I stay there because I have been chatting to some of the people for so long, they are like friends now.
I have had a good look around here over the last couple of days and it seem like somewhere I would like to hang around. I can handle a bit of shit stirring, even from Sti. So I plan to hang around, if that is OK?

Sti, don't dare think the JM Mods ganged up against you. I would love to PROVE it to you, but I would never C&P info from the Moderator forum as that would not be ethical. All I can say is that I sent the above email exactly as it is and that other Mods agreed that they did not want you banned. So there........damnit!
