Any rivetheads here?

Laibach is my favorite.

I assume this a music topic?

I don't care for industrial as a general rule, although I did hear one Laibach song that I liked called "Final Countdown". It sounded really apocalyptic and cool, though a remake of an older and reputedly sillier song according to somebody in the know. I once listened to a co-worker's Ministry album from beginning to end, at high volume. I was a nervous wreck, and was pretty sure the world was mere minutes from ending. I don't drink coffee, but I'm pretty sure it was the equivalent of drinking about four pots.

Yeah it was remake, they also remade the entire song set for 'jesus christ superstar' and the beatle's 'let it be album'. Both are fun to listen to, but if ministry disturbed you that much I wouldn't suggest delving any deeper and listening to their earlier stuff. Opus Dei album would be good for newer listeners as it isn't as bleak and cold.

The "Final Countdown" was originally done by a little shit-hose band called Europe. Go figure. I'm a rivet-head, by the way, but my tendencies have been leaning more towards the adult contemporary....Oi....I know...how gay....

I kind of exaggerated my description a bit. I don't wanna make myself out like a wimp. Plus that was a long time ago. Today I'm jaded and would probably hear it up calmly.
