The official site for the Texas Film Commision has posted some casting calls for paid gigs in their big honkin' state, and one of them just so happens to be for an "independent" feature called, oddly enough, 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre'. Could this be the same movie Michael Bay's new production company is making? I'd bet on it. The full text of the add breaks down like so:

THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE, an independent feature shooting in the Austin area from July to September, is seeking the following paid cast: Leatherface (male around 6'5", athletic and powerful), female age 16-22, male and female age 30's, male amputee age 60+, female age 60s and a strange looking boy age 9-13. Send headshots and resumes to:

Cropping methods
--------------------------------------------------------------------
You can crop an image using the crop tool, the Crop command, or the Trim command.

Use the crop tool when you need more options for cropping an image. You can rotate or scale the selected area before cropping. If you're working with more than one image file, you can apply specific cropping dimensions for all the crops. In Photoshop, you can also specify image resolution for the crop. Selecting Perspective in the options bar transforms and crops images of rectangular objects like architecture. (See Transforming perspective (Photoshop).)

To crop an image using the crop tool:
1 Select the crop tool.
2 If you want to specify the size and resolution of the crop, enter the values in the options bar, or click Front Image to enter the values of the current image.
3 Drag over the part of the image you want to keep. When you release the mouse button, the crop marquee appears as a bounding box with handles at the corners and sides, and a cropping shield covers the cropped area.
4 In the options bar, select Delete or Hide.

It's been years but didn't TCM II have a character named chop top, a vet with a metal plate in his head, best known for the quote, "Lick my plate you dog dick!"? How did that performance get overlooked by the academy? :hehe:

Yeah! That was TCM 2. I loved the way he used the coathangar on his head & ate the pickins:hehe: That WAS worthy of an academy award....:)

Here's the synopsis

On August 20th 1973, police were dispatched to the remote farmhouse of Thomas Hewitt, a former head-skinner at a local slaughterhouse in Travis County, Texas. What they found within the confines of his cryptic residence was the butchered remains of 33 victims, a chilling discovery that shocked and horrified a nation in what many still call the most gruesome mass murder case of all time. Brandishing a chainsaw and wearing the grotesque flesh masks of his victims, the killer became forever known as "Leatherface" when sensational headlines were splashed across newspapers throughout the state of Texas: "House of Horrors Stuns Nation - Massacre in Texas." Police and FBI eventually gunned down a man wearing a leathery mask and declared they had their killer and abruptly closed the case. However, in the years that followed, many close to the grisly murder case would come forward to level accusations that police had botched the investigation and knowingly killed the wrong man. Now, for the first time, the only known survivor of the killing spree has broken the silence and come forward to tell the real story of what happened on that deserted rural Texas highway when a group of five young kids inadvertently found themselves besieged by a chainsaw wielding madman who would leave a trail of blood and terror that would forever be known as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
