This is a Photoshop Theme, started off by CUDA.

1. Pictures should have some sort of "Political and/or Newsworthy" headline, caption or subject.
2. Pictures should involve current events/people that are fairly well known to most everyone.
3. Entries should appear to be real news briefs, but fortified with the funny.
4. No "Suicide" photoshops. Post Suicide photoshops on Suicide threads.
