View Full Version : Origami Boulder Company

This site is too funny! This guy's got to be making money. Sample quotes:
"Origami, is Japanese art of folding paper. Boulder is round rock. Origami Boulder is wadded up paper!"
"I am famous Internet artist. You find my site didn't you?"
"I send you wadded paper with Priority Mail. It is fast with nice free box from Post Office.
"Post office worker tell me, "Don't take so many free boxes! You must order them online from USPS! Other customers mad when you take them all!" I laugh and yell, "It says free, bureaucrat!! What you expect, dumb dumb?" "
I wonder how many he's sold already. It is a very good site. Plus as art goes, you never know what will catch on. It really wouldn't surprise me if it took off. There are a bunch of people with screwed up taste in art out there.
The guy in the office down the hall went and saw some big modern art show in L.A. this weekend that David Geffen sponsored. One of the pieces of art was a flat piece of cardboard that was hoisted up to the ceiling every morning and then dropped 30 feet to the floor. Wherever the cardboard landed, that was the art for the day. So I’d have to say that if that is art, the origami boulder is definitely art.
It's hysterical that on this website, they have in bold print...."Site is real."
Makes one wanna go....."Hmmmmmm."
Oh I bet it is real. Send them money and I'll bet you'll get a wadded peice of paper in the mail. Completly legal too. And I'm sure some people already have. Scary, that some people will actually buy into it. :what:
Ty, saddly we live among the insanely idiotic and naive. :scary:

All that matters is the packaging and marketing. Haven't you people learned anything? You want product!! Sheesh. Give me a break.
I'll give you a break!
Anyhoo, I could care less if people want to spend their money on a wadded up piece of paper as long as it someone in my immediate family.
I'm guessin' if I started a website for people to buy ABC gum, I'd have customers. Course, as long as the advertising was good and the shipping was free. ;)
Don't miss out on the "Dumb Dumb Letters" link at the bottom.
