This is not a Sea Story, but I was searching for the Midway in S.D. Harbor. No Midway to be found. So I headed north to Oakland and lo and behold there she is in the Oakland inner harbor.:laugh: So I would assume Google Earth is about three years in the rears.:whip:
Eagle 3 found it a while back. I looked all over San Francisco bay before I found it.
It was there on mine... just blocked out for some reason, along with alot of the buildings around it. I typed in the search area... San Diego Aircraft Carrier Museum, San Diego, California. Then Eagle told me to look in the Bay area of San Francisco. Some areas are up to date others aren't. :shrug:
