Oh Man! It's back and it ROCKS!
Man, Oh Man! Awesome, awesome, awesome. Dirty, sloppy, like Bab 5. Thick plot lines. Heavy questions.
Awesome, awesome, awesome!

Apollo is a chick and the Cylons aren't cool, chromed robots. What's so neat about that? Frickin' teenage writers who are more concerned with PC shit than sticking to the story. New TV & movies suck. I want Peter O'Toole and Richard Burton to entertain me.

Never heard of it....
Maybe Starbuck and the Admiral can make out next episode...

It is a poor remake of the original, but it may be just tolerable enough to have some value when wasting your time watching the tube.

I've heard good things about it, and so I tried to watch a couple times. It never caught my interest.

That weird jerky camera action drives me nuts.

my roommate has a season boxed set and honestly, i just couldn't watch it. gender switches, and that damn camerawork! seriously, people get paid to be a crappy cameraman? if so them i'm in the wrong business! i told him about how a monkey could handle a camera better, and he went on saying its the same style that you see in those war flicks. and i said thats fine; for a war flick. instead we get to see what a person with Tourettes would see if they were looking at people from some bushes. its not that realistic anyways, imagine the neck movements required to move side to side and to look closer at something. personally i imagine something like seal that can also move its neck like an eqyptian

Ever since 1980 my life was so empty without Battlestar Gallactica. I hope they bring bace Space 1999 (http://www.space1999.org/) too so my multi-universal life force will once again pass thru the wormhole into the Age Of Aquarius.

You know, I too have struggled with the gender changes. One of my favorite characters was Starbuck (and of course, Cassiopeia) and while the current one has some limited appeal, does not quite hit the mark. Further, it is interesting how the role Richard Hatch (Apollo in the original sereies) portrays in this version has questionable character (Tom Zarek).

Agree.
I loved the series. No promos here in Aussieville for a return though ..
