Smut, e-mail me the pic and I'll get it posted. Anyone else get photos of the move?

sorry I missed that one I have been off as NADEP is closed for the week. I understand they loaded one of the F-9's onboard as well.
Buzz ; I heard some talk about Midways Tomcat to be painted in VF-213's Paint Scheme. Have you heard anything about this?

Hey Rander. Yes, one of the F9F's was loaded aboard and the F-14 is to be painted as a Black Lion.
I saw the F-8 in action during the Vietnam war. I always thought it was so ugly compared to the F-4 Phantom, but was told it was a very capable.
My Dad's squadron, VF-162 transitioned from F4D's to F8U's just before he got out. He thought they were OK planes to wrench on. I always thought the F-8 was a fighter pilot's plane for sure. Single seat, 20mm and short range missiles. Dogfighting all the way baby. :)
