I'm surprised this one got away from the Gov't/BP's media blackout. *cries*

And we should expect anything different from the Brits? I know it is a game but the reality is that this is all on life's terms and greed and un-safe practices caused this mess that we and our future will have to live with.

Nothing like the smell of burning oil on a hot muggy day in North West Florida to set things into perspective.

BP is now in the process of placing a 150,000lb cap on the pipe. Can that pipe withstand that much weight? What if it crushes it? Then what? There are Keystone Cops from BP and our government running this show. They could slip a cutoff valve over it, weld it to the pipe and then close the valve. The longer it flows the more Cap & Tax is pushed and millions of people tied to the Gulf fishing industry, including consumers, across the country are getting hammered.

The Commandant of the Coast Guard spoke weeks ago of how quick and great the response was from Obama and others immediately after the spill. He's political hack and has to go. The Feds didn't lift a finger for 9 days, but when they did, it was a middle finger to the rest of us.

This current administration is so hoping for a re-election that they are so focused on not being like the last administration with Katrina---Apples and Oranges with respect to every aspect and they have allowed the camels to pass while swatting at the knats. The government has got too many voices that aren't together and this includes the military. This whole deal could bring BP to have to sell off everything to bidders like the Chinese and if that ever happened well the Chinese wouldn't give two shits about us and we'd have to live through the clean up of the gulf.

My thoughts were of present and then the future and since things aren't improving; all the moratoriums aren't ever gonna fix big oil from changing practices when our elected politicians have there hands in the deep pockets of big oil.

Saturday morning around 4:50 am I was watching BP's multifeed www.jtnog.org/ when one of the ROV's was capturing oil/methane leaking from the gulf floor. It started off slow then ended up basically exploding from the floor bed.

They started hauling some of the ROV's up to the surface then most of the cameras went blank. You could see the oil following the ROV all the way up to the surface as it was ascending. Scary shit, man.

A few hours later BP & Nobama announced the well was successfully capped. MSM has since said the floor & well "may" be leaking.

Well, boys and girls, we live in a time of slight-of-hand, lying and deceit. It's the norm anymore for companies and governments to lie to us about anything no matter how trivial. They cannot stand to be perceived as non-perfect. Truth comes from the heart and we all know the corporate/government animal has no heart. It is a symbionic beast with millions of heads, but no heart. When you are told something by them, ponder it and investigate and you will find the truth is much different than what you are told. Up is down; left is right; day is night.
